New camera, live stream crashed

I tried to set up a livestream church service yesterday using a Panasonic HDC-SD60 camera, a freestanding mic with a Tascam ministudio creator audio interface and this Acer Swift 1 laptop. Test streams worked well but the actual service crashed very quickly. Here is my crash report. Any idea what the problem might be?

Looking at the log you posted it seems you are using an Intel(R) Celeron(R) N4000 - and in my experience, Celeron CPUs are only good for browsing the web and nothing else.

Do you also happen to have the OBS studio log file from when the crash occurred?
If you open OBS and go to Help->Log Files->Show Log Files that should open up the folder with the log files.
Upload the one from the time the crash happened.

Also what setting where your trying to stream at (resolution, encoder, bitrate etc).

Chances are your CPU/setup can't handle the sustained load and crashed, but can't confirm that without knowing your full PC specs.
