Question / Help Never had this problem before..

I've been streaming for years and have recently run into a strange problem. I'm having problems using the recording feature in OBS whilst streaming. If I decide I want to save a highlight and end the recording OBS says, "Stopping recording." The buttons remains on this text for a long time and doesn't change.

A little while later, while I'm still live, OBS just completely crashes. I posted the crash log below. Any help would be much appreciated as this is my job and it's preventing me from doing my work properly.
