Run a test session and post a log
Guide on how to post a log detailed by Dodgepong in the link on my signature.
There's also a log analyzer in my sig you can run your log through first.

Fix any of the suggested issues it lists, if you're still having issue, return and post another log
(after you've fixed the suggestions provided by the log)

You're using SE.live. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by SE.live. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.

Try other games to see if this happens or is something related to MH.
Well, win 11 causes issues to many people. If you can go back to win 10, do so. If not, do all the normal DIY: restart computer (not trun off/on), clean install video driver.

PaiSand, I just looked that version of Windows 10 up. That's not good, glad I have my PC locked down for auto updates.

Windows 10

He has Windows 11, not 10. In the log is presented as win 10 build 2200.

https://obsproject.com/logs/ZRfTixmMuBwPd83_ here is the log for Far cry 5 i just did to show its not just far cry 5 but i will still try all the stuff you suggested with a framerate cap and all that i did the intro AND the first mission which is why its a longer log
Theres an issue that could be hardware related. That's why I suggested to restart the computer. It could be just that (need to restart) or an issue in the RAM or GPU or Motherboard or... There are too many variables and too many things that could go bad.

Yeah, I saw that it is a known issue & it could be reported incorrectly in certain situations. I read that some of Windows 11 features are coming to W10 & really hope it was fake news.

Lag is minimal in most of your logs, 0.1%. Disable Game DVR in Windows & Uncheck Psycho Visual Tuning in the encoder settings before you do the test tomorrow morning.
