I'm using CS6 for both Premiere and After Effects.
OBS Version is 22.0.2 on Windows 10
I have my Output settings as:
mp4
1 audio track
H264/ACV Encoder (AMD Advanced Media Framework)
Rescale Output: 1920x1080
Quality Preset: Balanced
CBR
Pre-Pass: Disabled
Target Bitrate: 3500
Filler Data: Enabled
Keyframe Interval: 2.00
View Mode: Basic
Anyone involved with Premiere or After Effects asks if I have the output set to .flv or the bitrate to variable. However, I've had both of those changed for quite awhile now, but it's videos from the past year or so that I can't seem to edit in either program. I can drag and drop the content in, but nothing renders, I can't play them or interact with them in any way. When I try to drag them onto the timeline, nothing happens.
There's no log file because there's no single video that's having an issue.
