Question / Help Needs help(W/Log)- Please &TY

I really tried avoiding the dreaded post I've seen so many times but i really don't think i should have this many problems with my setup compared to other that i know/have seen. Any incite on how to make OBS run more smooth and allow me to actually stream things would be super helpful. Let me know what else you might need.

I've tried a tun of different set-up. Really unsure if it's something internal

Your video card is either not installed properly in the slot it's in or is installed in the incorrect slot. On your computer the bus interface for gpu-z should show @ x16 not @ x1

Weird, i just took a look. maybe there is something i am missing on the newer model. it all seems to be connected. Ill take it out and check it again in a few. Thank you for the feedback and time also thus far have been really helpful!

I am in over my head. Haha I've tried moving down my GPU to the second slot on my Asus x99 pro and i got this. is this the Secondary port?

I then moved it back up and now its back around the first test. Think the port is messed?

also in the second test the ROPs/TMUs section was voided and grey.

That's an improvement, but it's still not ideal.

The card needs to be installed in and properly seated in the slot marked 1 (pci-e x16_1)

If you can't get it into x16 mode, chances are the slot is toast assuming the bios is configured properly.

Well... Harold i could kiss you! I had a Hyper m.2 x4 in the real one slot. it's always been there and i truly thought it had a different slot pattern... My computer is loading things faster. I;m not really actually sure what the Hyper does but i have moved it to slot 2(The real Slot two!) Here is to hoping it fixed most of my problems! You truly are a generous superhero my friend. If you even need anything at all let me know!
