Needed to Stream the Video and not allowing Local Windows System to record the same

Wanted to explore how can we use OBS to just live stream the video on cloud and not allowing the recording to happen on local machine. How is this possible?

or for security reasons, you want it such that the person running OBS can't, even if they wanted to, locally Record? - custom setup as mentioned above

Yes. For security reason doesn't want video to get record locally. Do we have that possibility in OBS?
