Need to Play a Youtube Live Stream through OBS and send it to another stream

I know weird right? I know what the first comment is going to be, I own the original youtube live stream as well, so IMO there shouldn't be any issues with that. So my question is how can I insert the Youtube Live Stream into OBS without any frame rate loss? Running Catalina OBS 25.0.8
