Question / Help Need Suggestion On Budget PC 720p/60fps for Only LOL & HS Twitch Streaming

i am broke af and want to spend as less as realistically possible. I only gonna play League Of Legends & Hearthstone .

Is it possible to achieve 720p with 60 or 30 FPS with ryzen 3 2200g without any GPU ? If not plz suggest something for me guys . I am clueless in this kind of matter and wanna start streaming for fun.

i am asking that what is the minimum Cpu & Gpu requirement for twitch streaming ? & can i twitch stream with only integrated graphics without an actual Gpu ?

For the games you want, GTX1050 cards would be enough with current generation i5 or midrange ryzen chips.
