Question / Help Need some guidance setting up OBS

I have looked over many guides and suggestions but could not really find optimal settings for my setup, if anyone could guide me in the right direction that would be amazing. my target is 720p 60fps and I am playing high movement games like fortnite, pubg, rocket league etc...
