I'd guess there is something wrong with your settings as you should be able to record at decent quality so please post a log, we can get your settings from there and it will also help us see what is happening during the render.

Dont stream 1080p60 you might get away with 720p60 and games like HS, LoL, Dota but for everything else you are bound to 720p30.

Recording on the other hand would be different.

Ok i`ll try to lever the resolution. Any advises on secoder settings? Like nvesc or x264? Looks like there`s a mess in those aswell.

My case: (Core2Quad Q6600 and GTX750TI):
- VIDEO settings rescale to 1280x720x30 fps Lanczos https://gyazo.com/71bed7ef37a62c40131eed1a636dc471
- OUTPUT settings NVENC NO RESCALING, profile high, lowlatency high quality https://gyazo.com/58b7a27753b843f4a525cc8b7d4e4640

A quick test with these settings: https://www.twitch.tv/jlbgamer007/v/103002091
Same video in Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3kJLHZOJg8

(Note: dark colors maybe produced by choosing YUV 709 and color full. Back to 601 and partial (previous test were not so dark -ADVANCED settings-)

This should work fine for you.
Better quality: rise bitrate to 3500

Use this as a guide!

Use x264 on Veryfast Preset that should be working without a problem on your CPU.
Run OBS as Admin
Try a clean Scene with only one Game Capture Source.
