Question / Help need settings for recording

I am a little bit of a beginner with obs so i would like ur help if possible.The game i would like to record is CSGO if it helps.
my pc specs are: Intel Pentium CPU G4600
RAM 8 GB
Motherboard Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. B250M-DS3H-CF (U3E1)
Graphics 3071MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
