Need Proper Base & Output Resolution

Okay, so I use OBS to record my Minecraft: Bedrock Edition content. I have a decent PC to run that game. So I setted up my OBS according to my PC. But the problem where I hit the wall, was in the video tab. I watched a video that explained that "Set your Base Resolution as your Monitor's resolution and the Output should be 1280×720 for 720p and 1920×1080 for HD resolution according to your PC specs". The guy who made the video had his monitor resolution as "1920×1080". My monitor is 1366×768, so I selected that as my Base Resolution. But on Output Resolution it neither had 1280×720 nor 1920×1080. So which one should I pick from these:-

Any help would be appreciate!!!
Thanks in advance.

You can just type in 1280x720 in the Output Resolution box, you don't have to choose from the dropdown. Those values are just for convenience, based on your source resolution size.
Don't type in 1920x1080, as it is larger than your source resolution, it will just look awful.

You can also just have the Output be 1366x768 for best quality. There's no need to drop to 720p.
