Need optional settings for OBS.

I have a not really good PC and I play Minecraft a lot. I want post them to yt but I don't have a good PC. Can anyone give me full settings for recording OBS.
Btw, here are my specs, no GPU:
CPU: Core i7-9700 3.00GHz
RAM: 16GB DDR4 2666Mhz
Screen : Dell 2020 smth idk it's only 1600x900 btw.

Game at 720p, 60 FPS tops.
OBS canvas and output 720p, 30 FPS
QuickSync Video/QSV encoder, CBR 5000 bitrate

Start with that. If not good enough, post a log.
