Question / Help Need more frames!

So I want to start streaming but when I stream pubg on my pc my frames are horrible I lowered all my settings and still barely can keep 80 fps if that! Would upgrading my gpu fix this or should I get another pc to have a dual pc setup one to stream and one to game?
Pc specs
1080 FTW GPU
8700k cpu
16Gb raam
