Question / Help Need Info for the best Options in Obs for Twitch

I would like to stream Csgo on twitch in 1080/60fps

my specs are:

Which are the best seetings for me? when i standing still it looks good but when i start moving its looks bad... i dont know how i shouldt say it in english sry...

A logfile i will post later when im at home...

But maybe someone can tell me some good options ?

Run the auto configuration wizard in the tools menu.

Okay i will try it when im back home again... but i think i did use it when obs starts the first time
