I bought a RodecasterPRO and I can't seem to get the audio to go to OBS from RodecasterPro. Any suggestions or should I just look for another broadcasting software?

OBS really only understands stereo or surround audio-- it doesn't parse multichannel audio sources itself.
You may be able to make it work with OBS by adding software like LoopBack my Rogue Amoeba, which you can use to create virtual devices that include individual channels from the Rodecaster, and then capture those virtual inputs in OBS.

Thank you its not available for Catalina yet. I still can't get any sound even if I don't run the Rodecaster Pro

If by "any sound" you mean desktop audio, that requires 3rd party software on MacOS.
How to capture desktop audio on Mac
To be honest if OBS is mission critical for you I do NOT recommend using MacOS newer than High Sierra.
