Question / Help Need help with two PC stream setup using Nvenc

I have a two PC setup and I'm currently using a R9 380 with h.264/AMF to send my game play over to the streaming PC.

I'll be getting a GTX 970 in just a few days and I would like to use Nvenc or h.265 to send my game play to the streaming PC.

Is there a special pluggin I have to download or perhaps a guide that will show me how to setup the GTX 970 with Nvenc/h.265 for streaming? I'm looking for something similar to the link below that I used to setup my AMD card?

I already have the PCs connected through nginx/rtmp server.

I need the source for the NVENC download and any supporting software used to stream with NVENC.

I was using 2PC streaming for quite some time with NVENC over to the streaming PC, I know its possible but I only remember that i was using those two Guides + their Forums Threads for further information.

I'm having quality issues of all sorts. I've made so many changes and tried so many different things. I'm out of ideas. Could anyone please take a moment to review these logs then give suggestions?

I switched over to nginx/rtmp in hopes that it would solve some of the issues. It is also having issues also like screen freezing.

More logs. Nginx/rtmp setup using a media source. There was stream stuttering and then oddly enough the stream became very smooth but there was complete loss of audio.

I was read a post of media sources acting up since the 19.0.0 patch. I rolled back to obs 18.0.2 in hopes that the media source would act differently but I'm still having problems.

My stream never had this issue with the AMD card and it's only since I've switched to the GTX 970 that I started having issues. I'll be reinstalling the AMD R9 380 with all my previous settings.

If you use the nginx/rtmp setup, why are you using OBS on the streaming PC?

I don't know enough to do it any other way. The stream has to be sent to twitch somehow and the guides I followed instructed me to do it this way. Would you please be so kind to share your ideas with me?

So I'm forwarding the image to twitch with the rtmp server but the quality is terrible. Artifacts and lagging frames. It's like a slide show. How do I improve the image?
