Question / Help Need Help With Twitch Stream Music Echoing

I having some issues working the kinks out of my PC build as far as streaming audio goes.

B350 Tomahawk
Ryzen 5 1600
GeForce GTX 1050ti

Im using Xbox One + Blue Snowball mic & Elgato HD

Im not sure how the audio settings are supposed to be set up to use Nightbot.

When I unmute or create a Audio Capture Output scene in OBS it works for a second and then stops -OR- it will continue to play and randomly start echoing pretty bad.

Any help?
