Question / Help Need help with something. Radio Stream/Youtube intergration.....

Looking to do this, complete novice - can anyone help?

I want to have a Youtube channel that streams a Youtube feed from somewhere else. And have a radio stream playing - also, being able to integrate what's playing on the radio station at the time via playlist?

Can I do this with OBS or does anyone have any other suggestions?
