Question / Help Need help with settings for CSGO stream.

So I've always had this issue of setting my counter strike global offensive stream to look good and to not be laggy on the viewers side or fps laggy on my side, a lot of people complain that when they watch the stream it buffers alot.

My Specs are
FX-8350 4.2GHZ
Radeon 7850 2GB OC
8GB RAM

My Download speed is 120mb/s
My Upload speed is 12mb/s

I also use 144hz monitor and I need more then 144 fps ingame for it to run and feel smooth with the settings.

Also another issue, when I stream my HyperX cloud 2 headset makes a weird popping sound every so ofter, which is really annoying and I don't know why, but it only happens when I stream.

If you have 144Hz monitor try enabling "limit capture framerate" option in game capture source
enable vsync

I have a new windows therefore new obs that isnt setup

Hey man I setup my stream but it looks terrible, I have it at 616px60fps but the image gets blurry when I move mouse, also my fps ingame are pretty low, my obs studio log is here http://pastebin.com/wrxpFDkp

set it to 30 fps in obs and enable vsync

If you mean to enable vsync in game and cap my frames at 60 then no thanks because I am using 144 hz monitor and I need the fps for smooth gameplay as I am a competetive player and vsync creates input lag + lower fps
