I can not get a good recording on any gameplay. I have changed everything i could and read through all the forums and no setting worked for me. I will post a log of a simple recording I ran just to see if anyone can find if something is causing the issue.

Here are my specs for my PC
3960 threadripper
2080ti
32gb 3000 mhz ram
I have plenty of storage and obs is ran on a m.2 if that makes any difference.

1. The new Windows 10 Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") added with version 2004 is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's a new and experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via this screen or these instructions.
2. Set refresh rate on your Dell monitor to 120 Hz and cap your games at 120 FPS
3. In Windows 10 versions 1809 and newer, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
4. Be aware that having the YUV Color range set to "Full" will cause playback issues in certain browsers and on various video platforms. Shadows, highlights and color will look off. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Partial".
5. Do not use Display Capture. Build your scene with Game/Window/Video Device Capture etc.
