Question / Help Need help with processor choice!

Curently i'm running a streaming PC with an Intel i7-4790k and running it on a FAST preset with 3500 bitrate, 720p/60fps. (Streaming on Twitch.)

Looking to upgrade/replace my streaming PC with a better one and looking for suggestions.

Obviously, i'd like to slow down the preset as much as possible to get the best image possible from the bitrate i'm allowed to use (3500).

I mainly play CS:GO and H1Z1 on stream and they can get pretty blurry on-stream, especially while playing H1Z1.

Looking for suggestions!

Unless you want to spend big money on Broadwell-E or similar there isn't really a reasonable upgrade path for you.

What's your capture card that you're using? Or is it a 2-PC setup without one?

I might be willing to. Looking for a good upgrade, want the best possible image i can get out of it.

Avermedia Live Gamer HD C925 curently, also looking to upgrade that aswell, i hate the screen tearing...
