Question / Help Need help with OBS contrast and lag issue.

Hi! I'm having an issue with OBS where it only registers my cursor and not anything that's open, and if it does it only does some of it like its lagging but not in a laggy way. The OBS shows the screen as really dark to. There's no log file for this but I will attach images.
