Question / Help Need help with OBS. Cant get rid of lag while streaming

So Ill start off with my PC specs. I have a Omen Laptop. i7-6700HQ. geforce gtx 965m. 12 gb of ram. Have great internet with high upload so I know its not that. Ive messed around with just about everything in OBS and still cant straighten it out. Any suggestions?
 
Ive tried a few different settings. my streams are coming out decent now that I set my bitrate at 6k, but I still get some lag in game
