Question / Help Need help with keybind want an image overlay to work on push/release similar to PTT

Hi I'm wondering if anyone out there can help me setup an image overlay that comes up when i hold a key and stops when I release the key. Is this possible within OBS? It needs to function the same way as PTT as I am hiding an in game map with a image overlay. Setting up multiple keybinds for this action is not gonna work for me. I would like to use OBS to achieve this and not have to use a twitch plugin. Thanks.

Not possible with the current hotkey system of OBS. OBS only supports key down+up as one action, not one action on key down and a second action on key up. Push to talk (and push to mute) are the only exceptions from that.
