Question / Help Need help with Hardware

Im planning on buying a New Computer but i have no clue what hardware to take.

I want to stream things like League of Legends / GTA / Minecraft / Rocket League .
I Need to render Videos too.

I planned on buying the following :

Intel i7 - 6700k
16GB Ram
Geforce GTX 1070

I need a case and stuff like that too but i cant figure out what cpu/gpu to buy, i hope someone else knows more :)

I can pay like 1200€
