Lately, i have been having issues with playing csgo while I stream. My ping jumps from 20-40 to over 100 just when I start streaming. My bitrate is 3000 and like 3months ago I could stream with 4500 bitrate with no problem and in speedtest i get still same numbers so it is not about the net I think
