Question / Help Need help with CS Go Streaming (in-game stuttering)

Hey, I seem to be only having a problem with CS:GO.

When I have obs streaming cs go I get in game stuttering and when looking at the stream (through my laptop) the stream also lags a lot.

In other games like overwatch everything feels smooth and the stream looks smooth itself.

i5 6600k

Try unchecking 2 pass encoding. Not needed for streaming.

You can, also, limit max fps in CSGO. You are using NVENC to encode video.

That seemed to have helped a little. The stuttering is still there but it seems to be happening less. Are there any other recommendations you have?

Rescale to 720p with Lanczos filter
Bitrate 2500 for better image

Also, you can add a Sharpen filter in OBS
