Need help with Audio

So currently my audio is very choppy when it is playing Apex. Like if I say 1 2 3, it will not sound like 1 2 3 or maybe even just hear 1 and rumbling sounds.
I got feeling it may be due to my computer but I just want to double confirm.

Cos Audio works fine in self monitoring, works fine in intro screen but starts to fuck up when I open up Apex Legends. I will like to say that I am running Nvidia RTX Voice as well. And every sample rate is 48k cos the RTX voice can't be changed so I just make sure they all match

P.S it turns out just to be cos I running too many things, is there a way to fix it?

Yes, stop running so much ;^).... actually, that is a serous answer
Have you looked at the log. See all those browser errors.. thats a problem.. for you to fix (nothing to do with OBS)
oh, and streamelements code is most likely part (or all) of the problem. What I don't know is whether you need to fix your associated settings or if their code is simply that bad.

What are you doing for real-time hardware resource monitoring? I ask as there are many mentions of CPU impact of RTX Voice

Shit.
Well everytime I open Task Manager to check the gpu and cpu usage. Apparently the usage always goes lesser when I am not in the game.
But if I recall GPU is around 80% but cpu kind of forgot.
Ah ok, I will try minimizing or even removing it if it turns out to be very bad. Will streamlabs be a better choice for it?

NVrmind just double checked. With Chrome on, Switch away from game. CPU 100%
