Need Help. There's no CHROMA KEY option in Filter part

How can I change my background during live streaming.. There is no CHROMA KEY option in the filter part.. Thanks

By clicking the "+" button below the LOWER filter list when viewing the filters.

Sorry but there's no option for Chroma Key here.. Where can I find it? :(
I already watch the video tutorial , but it seems my OBS version has a problem? I don't know.

That's the FIRST plus button. See the effects filters box below that? There's a separate plus button for that box.

Its the bottom + key not the top + your showing

I had the same issue. I realized you can scroll down to find the other filters.
