Question / Help Need help t use OBS on my Chrome

So basically I am planning to use OBS on my job - an online teaching platform called iTutor. (also called TutorABC) The platform I use is called 'TutorMeet Plus'. It is a live video and I need to use Chrome to open their teaching platform. Also to place a background image. I have no idea how to.. Anyone could give me a hint? Happy to post any images you'd need to guide me through this. Thank you in advance!!

To be clear, you are trying to screen record an open Chrome window with TutorMeet Plus inside and add a background behind that window to give an branded effect of some kind?

Please tell us a bit more about what you are trying to do as it's not clear.
