Need help streaming from a laptop

Hello. I Had posted a thread before 5 days but i forgot my pass and created a new one.

I own a laptop (acer 6930g, really old) but a tremendous internet speed (WiFi, 45mbps download, 35 mbps upload, can't use an ethernet because i share the connection with a flat mate) and i started streaming LoL for a small audience. I made a lot to make this work, 1024x768 resolution, 1000 bitrate and when it lagged i changed it to 200, bilinear, superfast etc. but still had problems. Today in the morning i run an overclock of my GPU (geforce 9300m gs), turned on the stream at a bitrate of 1000 and had a really great stream, no lags at all, but when i turned it back in the night i had tremendous lagging. Is this because of my flatmate using the internet? Are there any ports i can open in the router page so i can stream with no lags or something like this? Should i try to overclock my CPU from 2 GHz to 2,5 GHz? Did the gpu overcloking helped the stream? (helped gain about 20 fps in the game though) Can't explain it. Im posting some logfiles. Help me out here, it frustrates me i cant explain it. Thanks a lot!

remove the display capture (aka monitor capture) from your scene. there isn't much you can do with that PC. you have the absolute lowest settings to stream with so there isn't much less you can do other than what I mentioned. you could remove one of the two webcams since you honestly do not need two if it sacrifices lag.

as for your internet issue, you can enable QoS but honestly wireless was not made to stream over. a wired connection is really all you can do.
