Aloha OBS Fam,
As stated in the title I need help setting up my OBS to stream and record Fortnite gameplay, I was streaming on twitch via OBS on the PS4 in 1080 60fps NO ISSUES, but wanna move over to the PC without LAG and Frame Drops. Hopefully everyone will go easy on me, I'm new to this forum and PC streaming.
PC:
i7-6700k Skylake 4.0 (Never OC'd)
MSI Geforce 1060 3GB GPU
MSI Gaming M5 Mobo
32GB Corsair Vegeance RAM
1TB Samsung SSD (Main)
500GB Samsung SSD (Bakup)
Corsair H70 Liquid Cooler
Corsair Spec-02 Case
Peripherals:
MIC: AudioTechnica AT2020-USB
WebCAM: Logitech C920
Keyboard: Razer Ornata
Mouse: SteelSeries Rival 500
Headset: SteelSeries H Wireless
I do have an overlay, but it's simple no green screen right now (had one but took up too much space).
I'm looking to stream at least 1080p 30fps, but I also dont want my rig taking a beating everytime I stream and record simultaneously. I'll settle for settings that will give viewers a clear and lag free gamplay.
