Question / Help Need Help setting up my obs

Hi i have been trying to stream with my computer and all the time i get CPU to high and i lag and even when trying to record anything everything freezes but my voice is continuing, i have a desktop its an HP Pavilion all in one computer...

No matter what Settings your CPU is pretty much too weak for anything.

360p on ultrafast Preset with probably less than 30fps is the limit.
