Question / Help need help setting up canon camcorder and blackmagic intens. 3.0

I bought a blackmagic intensity 3.0, have a canon vixia hf r82 camcorder, can someone help me with the settings it up to live stream. I got a usb camera to work but cant get a picture with this one.

I have the same issue. Ray did you receive a answer to your question???? It appears not. Anyway, I have a new Canon R82 and can't get a picture from the Blackmagic to work with OBS. I have been using with my JVC and everything is fine. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
