Question / Help Need help. quality and seting video?

Hi! I'm having weird glitches on my stream https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3wR8XOKYQbg .
They starting to appear after 2+ hours of streaming randomly from 3 to 40 seconds long. My GPU don't get hotter then 60 degrees. Here is my twich settings http://prntscr.com/e4rigs and my PC specs I3-6100/ AMD R7 260 1gb / 8 Gb DDR 4. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

If you rescale in Video settings, leave rescale unchecked in Output settings.

Your GPU is maxxed and leavees no room for OBS to render frames.

Rescale in VIDEO settings and leave Output rescale unchecked.
Try simple streaming settings.
1280x720x30 FPS at 2000 - 2500
