Im currently running on jobs for my stream. I really need help with setting my specs for my stream. i tend to lag a lot. i have cox for internet. i have these hardware

When I was having the lag issues I change the setting on the Output encoder to QuickSync H.264 to let my gfx card do the work and lower my bitrate to 2500 cause I was having upload speed issues with Comcast. So far so good. I did change my bitrate back to 2900 after my internet was fixed and I still have no issues :)
