Need Help Please

Just tried running OBS and it said "shortcut no longer in use would you like to remove it?" so I uninstalled OBS and all of my plug ins I could find, and went and re-downloaded OBS and got this error message when trying to install.

Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks!

open %appdata% and delete the obs-studio folder. then reboot your computer and reinstall obs.
