Ok So yesterday I bought the Elgato HD60 S Capture Card to stream my Nintendo Switch I did a stream on it using OBS studio yesterday a friend helped me set it up because no matter what I did I couldn't get the frames to work properly and so today I was planning on Streaming again keep in mind I didn't touch anything and the FPS issue is back any advice I would take any ideas at this point I have played with all the settings in OBS and the capture card.
