Question / Help Need Help Picking Bitrate/CPU Speed

Hello, i have just currently got back into streaming using the n
ew OBS Multiplatform re-release which works perfectly with my HDPVR2. I am just curious to what settings to use when i am streaming:

I want to stream either 720p 30fps or 1080p 30fps

Here are my PC Specs:

i5 2400@ 3.10 GhZ (Second Generation i5 i believe)
GTX 660 2GB
MSI Z77A-G43 Motherboard
16GB Corsair Vengeance RAM
2 2TB HDDs

Here are my Speedtest Results:

59.57 Mbps download, 6.79 Mbps upload

any suggestions to what i should use? Thanks

EDIT: I want a stream with good quality and no pixelation/dropped frames

With your rig, I'll suggest you to stream in 720p (an i5 could be not enough for a "CPU-hungry" game AND stream encoding).
Put 2500 for bitrate/buffer & see how it seems to you.
