Question / Help Need help optimizing for twitch

Hey guys !

1st things 1st. I searched the forum, etc, but kinda need a more "individual" assist here.

I have watched a lot of tutorials on how to setup obs-s for streaming properly.
While streaing "low" games like Brawlhalla, I have about 30 fps on my stream , which is nice.
Problem: While streaming Doom ('16) I do not reach 30 fps. More like 20 or so, & I wonder why, as I have
a pretty neat internet connection & can run it on 1080p, max settings, ~ 45 fps on my rig.

Need your help optimizing my settings. I definitely need at least 30 fps, & of course I want the best possible
quality while not going under those 30. Maybe you can help me out ! :)

I attached all needed files so you can see whats going on. (+ link of doom record on twitch, showing fps & quality) (+ LOGS ADDED later on as a reply)

Thx in advance !

Oh. Translation for screenshot texts:
Screen1: "Checked (server) with twitchtest. Everythig correct"
Screen2: "Bitrate should fit with ease. Speed is more than enough. Adv. settings could be a thing though"
Screen8: "Should be more than enough.."

Just use simple mode, 720p, 30fps, 2500~ bitrate is about the best you can expect on twitch as a non-partner.

Also, you can just post an OBS log if you're having issues, it will contain all the most relevant PC stats and OBS settings. We'll probably need a log from OBS to determine the issue, but it's likely that you're overloading your GPU causing lagged/skipped frames.

Ok thank you ! I'll upload the log in a second.
Question: On nearly every tutorial on yt of non-partner ppl, they used about 3000 - 3250 kbit/s. Is my internet really not enough for that? Hmm

It's not about your internet, it's about Twitch's servers. Anything over 2500 bitrate makes it difficult for your viewers to watch, due to twitch not having a proper CDN for non-partnered streamers. However, if you can use that much bitrate and your viewers don't complain, then no worries!

Yeah I get your point. Hmm. Okay that's bad. But well okay.
Another thing. If you look at my settings. Can you spot anything that will improve my stream quality or should be tweaked a bit?
