Bug Report Need help OBS crashed and now after reinstalling it wont open again

All I did was start streaming it quit while I was streaming and so I restarted and then after that is kept quitting please help
it also says something about not being able to find locale/en-US.ini and it also puts up a message that says failed to find locale

I have the same problem now. And nothing helps.
Can anyone please tell how to solve the issue.
(seems like my streaming career ended too fast)
