Need help my recording quality is bad even i high setting

So i am trying for 2 3 hours to solve the problem that my video quality suck even in 1080p 60 fps Bitrate 50000kps Video encode is nvidia h264. I have seen many video and tried but my video quality still suck it looks like a 480p quality please can u tell me what i can do to solve it
 
Change the Rate Control from CBR to CQP and select a CQ level. The lower the number, the higher the quality and file size.
 
Also, use VLC player to watch the recorded video. The windows player isn't good enough.
And a log file from one recording session is useful too.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

You need to make test recording, then restart OBS and upload last log-file (because current log has no recording session in it).
 
There strange info in security section of the log. Make sure that your OS is OK.

If you need to playback videos at full resolution, you need to run media player full screen. Also, you may try other player - look online for "mpv player" or "vlc media player".
