need help mic keeps repeating trial version

my voice recordings must have pick up a bug...... it wont record my voice instead it says trial version.......can anybody help???????

That isn't something that OBS does. It's common with some third-party audio routing software like VBAudio VAC, the trial version of the paid Voicemeeter, and certain VSTs though, forcing an audio watermark.
