Question / Help NEED HELP FROM PRO! OBS wont work!?

This is my PC:
- Intel core i5-4670 CPU 3.40ghz
- 8 gb ram
- 64 biters prossesor
- MSI GeForce GTX 1070


And the stuff i have choosen on OBS:
- Server: Stockholm (i live in norway, this was the closest one i could get)
- Video Bitrate: 1500
- Audio Bitrate: 128
- Record quality: same as stream
- Record format: mp4
- Bass resolution 1920x1080 (only one i can choose)
- Output resolution: 1152/648
- FPS 30

So WHY is my channel lagging like hell when i try to stream? im new to this, and tried this shit for 4 hours, cant find out why my stream is so laggy its not watch able. Its not running like a video at all, but keep jumping from picture to picture lagging... any pros here who understand what im doing wrong!?

any help? at all? or should i just give up the dream of streaming....

You're streaming over wireless which isn't stable. See https://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/wiki/Dropped-Frames-and-General-Connection-Issues

thats wierd... i have a cable that is on the internet box and goes to my pc? gonna try find out why it says wireless when i use a cable.
