Question / Help Need Help for single pc stream with lowest input lag

I want to stream Fortnite,Overwatch,D2 and similar games but when I stream i get noticeable input lag I was wondering if anyone would know the problem or help me get the best settings for obs I should use my speed is 100 up and down and my specs are gpu gtx 1060 3gb cpu intel i7 7700 and ram 16gb. I play games on low settings for lowest input lag already btw. Feedback is appreciated
