Hey everyone, for anyone that takes the time to reply or help with fixes i greatly appreciate it. So i started streaming couple days ago and ive been having problems with dropped frames. im currently streaming H1Z1 KOTK. Every 30 min my speed drops to 0kb/s and dropped frames collects then after 7 seconds or so it comes back up like nothing happened.

i have an Intel i7 4770k CPU @ 3.5 Ghz
16gb Ram
64 bit OS
1070GTX Overclocked Graphics Card
I live in Toronto,Canada so the server im hooking onto is ashburn,VA.. twitch tool says thats the closest and better quality and ms for me. i tried switching same problem happens.
im streaming at 2500 bitrate , veryfast encoder preset , downscaling to 1280x720 at 30FPS. using bicubic downscale filter. ( was told lanczos was worse for me ) encoder x264.
Please any help would be appreciated i very much enjoy streaming and would love feedback! I will checking this post alot today ! thanks everyone
