Need help, cannot get video to not look grainy and blurry no matter what settings I try

Hello, I've been trying every OBS Studio settings possible but I cannot get any of my videos to come out not grainy and blurry

Things I've tried, bitrate 17k 25k 40k 50k, container format matroska and others, native res 2.5K to 1080p, downscale 1080p, downscale filter 16 and 32 samples, updating my graphics drivers
I would also add I use Rate Control CQP at level 15-16 with P7 preset, high quality tuning, two passes full res and profile high
Nothing works, for specs I got an Nvidia RTX 3070

Can anyone pleeaassee explain to me why my videos constantly come out grainy and blurry no matter the resolution or settings I use, I can't figure it out

The video looks just fine.
Remember that no matter what settings you use Youtube will always re-encode any video you upload or stream.
Test it using 2k output resolution (matching the base resolution) and reducing the CQ level to 18 or 20.
Or ditch the advanced output in favor of the simple output tab and select one of the quality presets. You may want to use the Auto-configuration Wizard too, applying the setting it gives and not changing anything.

Also, you can update to the latest version of OBS. Backup first and keep a copy of the installer of the actual version you're using just in case.
