Question / Help Need help, been about 2 weeks now.

Okay, so this is probably my 4th or 5th thing to post. I simply need some help finding good optimizations for my computer,
as i finally have built a new setup.

Graphics Card: Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
Intel (R) core(TM) i5-4440 CPU 3.10 Ghz
16 Gbs of ram
I just need settings for this because the ones i currently have, it stutters frequently.
