That's not how to get help. We're not going to join any random discord of someone asking for help.

here is a snap shot of the twitch bandwith test. https://gyazo.com/144f2cfd6b7482e9facf016cffc701c5
it was never like that before but as soon as i upgraded internet and got a new pc i wasnt able to stream at all. we spent about 3-4 days trying to figure out what was wrong, we've done everything in the book it feels like. including calling my ISP and making sure the port 1935 was opened and the net was not restricting anything. download is 300 and upload is 5-8

not sure what else we could do but ask for OBS's help at this point. we have multiple experts on this issue and not a single one has been able to locate the issue and fix it. havent streamed in a week now so this is most urgent

i saw that thread and believe to have done what i read there. the thing is how is it bad? i play all games with good ping and download quickly, even upload videos... legit only thing i cant do is stream. so I DONT UNDERSTAND AT ALL! even other experts are like dumb-founded. its not hardware for certain. so can you explain to me what the issue is?

The issue is the internet connection between you and twitch.
That's IT.
OBS has precisely ZERO control over that.

Going on from Harold said about you and twitch, have you changed twitch servers? Remember to use the one closest to your location

You could try the Twitch subreddit, go on there and mention which city/state and who your ISP is and see if anyone is having similar problems.

From what I remember from your previous post, you confirmed that it's all wired with NO wireless connection between your streaming PC and your broadband router correct?
